Bikepacking Namibia: a whole new meaning of wild
Namibia is the bikepacking and cycle touring world’s best-kept secret.
Wilderness is a word that’s easy to throw around, but there’s a reason that ‘Namibia’ translates as ‘vast place’ - cycling across this stunning region will make you reconsider everything you ever thought wild.
This epic and deeply rewarding six-day ride will take you through some of the world's most breath-taking, otherworldly scenery, with a good chance of spotting giraffes, zebra, and antelopes from the saddle.

Excluding transfer to the start and from the finish, you’ll be riding every kilometer of the journey - no hopping in and out of a bus (unless your legs need a rest, of course).
We offer the closest thing to independent cycle touring, taking care of the stress and organisation so you can focus on enjoying the ride.

We are a small and independent operator, passionate about sharing the world’s wildest places with people who may not have the time, experience, or desire to plan their own trip, but who don’t want to reduce the sense of adventure.
For us, cycling touring isn't about trying to squeeze everything in - it’s about slowing down and appreciating the little things, as well as the big.

I set up Wild Rides to share my love of cycle touring with others - I'm lucky to have cycled the length of South America and across Africa and Asia, so I know what makes a tour extra special, and how to find that perfect balance between challenge and reward.
